Help, please! 40G Electrical Problem

Ths evening the wife plugged two electric heaters into two outlets on what turned out to be the same circuit in our 2010 Discovery 40g. A short time later the power went out to that circuit. Apparently a tripped breaker or blown fuse. I've checked all fuses and breakers I can find and they are all on or good. There must be one that I have missed. This is the circuit that has the outlets for the backsplash along the kitchen counter, in the bottom of the cabinets above the kitchen sink, below the midship TV, on the side of the bathroom vanity, above the bedroom TV, at the rear of the coach beside the bed, and in the entrance in front of the copilot seat. The outlet in the bath is a GCFI. I thought the GCFI might be bad but I tested with a multimeter and found no power coming into it. Does anyone know of the location of a breaker or fuse for this circuit? Everything else works properly. I'll try to call FW tomorrow but my access to a phone is extremely limited at work and I'll be going to work before they are open and leaving after they are closed so I thought maybe one of you RKIs might have the answer.

TIA,
mdh

Have you checked the breakers on your inverter-charger? It sound like that may be the issue.

Tyler has it. That breaker is located on the inverter as in it's a part of the inverter and is not a standard household breaker. Grab a flashlight and look on the inverter for it.

Of course, there is also a household style breaker in the 120v AC subpanel breaker box that will be labelled inverter, but you already checked that one it seems.

Don't think that's it. I can't find a breaker on the inverter. However, I can turn it on at the power center in the front of the coach. Also, I'm on shore power. The inverter is a Magnum Energy brand. It has a green light that is on. The only thing that looks light it might be a breaker is a tiny round push button that, according to the diagram on the box, is an on/off switch. Is that what you're calling the breaker?

There should be multiple push type round re-settable beakers on the inverter case itself (not panel). I'm pretty sure this is the issue you have.

Your rig has no "Converter"...everything runs through the inverter when on shore power. The breakers ARE there...you may need to really search all sides of the inverter case to find them. In is good, out is tripped...just push them in and it will reset.

Tried again. Found the breakers and pushed them. No joy. Read through the manual on the Magnum Energy website. It told how to reset the inverter. Tried that. Now we have power. Thanks for pointing me to the source of the problem. I just "ass"uneducated that the inverters were out of the loop when on shore power. Proves the old saying. Again, thanks. Now I don't have to run a heavy duty extension cord from the unaffected outlets to the coffee pot. 0500 is a lot more bearable with caffeine. :-)

Ahhh, so you had to do a power down reset of the inverter unit? Glad you're up and running

Let me ask a follow up question, as I have a similar problem on my 2010 40g. I popped a breaker and reset by pushing the two buttons at the inverter, and then pushing the GFCI plug in bathroom. I have power, but when I disconnect from shore power, or if the generator is not running, I have no power to the inverter. My inverter "led" display goes blank. Any ideas?
