Help with shower head mount

I have a Fleetwood Revolution with a shower head attached as in the picture. The showerhead holder is loose and the showerhead doesn’t want to stay in place. It looks like I should be able to loosen or tighten the left side, but when I try, it gets loose, tight, loose, tight but never really tightens up enough to hold the showerhead upright. The showerhead is a Price Pfister, but my manuals say everything should be a Moen. Anybody know about this?

If the shower head assembly is a Price Pfister then that's what it is. If the tensioner won't hold it's likely worn out and needs to be replaced. It sounds like it might be stripped. Remove it and take it to plumbing supply house as they should be able to get parts or an assembly for you, or if its discontinued a suitable replacement.
