High Hats

I have been looking for new or good used chrome high hats for my 1992 American Eagle. These are the rear axle covers for the [U]old style bud wheel.
I've searched several salvage yards and bus restoration places but have had no luck finding any or finding anyone that knows where to get them.
They have an 8" diameter and they are 9'' deep.
The hole in the high hat was put there by PO when he added a hubmeter because the odometer quit working.
If you have any suggestions please let me know.
