As long as your Heat is working, they will be heated.

The compartment is heated via the location of a heat duct/ducts in the basement.

Heating pads are not the source of the heat.

You may need to have both furnaces on to heat the tank areas. On my rig the stat for the rear furnace is affected by the heat from the front furnace such that the rear furnace stops running and that one is where the heat for the waste tanks originates. If I bump the stat for the rear furnace up to compensate, the bedroom gets overheated.

If you have an Aqua Hot and have it on, your heat may be automatic. We had an 09 Allegiance, and when the temp reached a certain point, the basement heat would come on....I had no control over it. Call REV Group and ask them...don't forget to have the last six of the VIN.
