Yes there is a valve with a blue writing on a white background. It is often in the same compartment as the water tank. It says normal flow in one position and bypass in the other position.

It's in the compartment directly next to the WH on mine. Call FW. They will email you your plumbing diagram. 800-322-8216.

Hello,
I have a 2001 32v and the hot water bypass valve is right on top of the hot water tank. When I pull the drawer all the out of the bathroom vanity cabinet I am looking right down on the tank and the valve. Its right under the drawer.

On my Bounder DP the water heater shut off/bypass valve is in a compartment in the bedroom, adjacent to the water heater.

I have a 2000 Southwind. My bypass valve is in the master bedroom closet. The previous owner MAY have relocated it to this location, but it looks factory.

I have checked all areas mentioned above and unable to locate any hot water bypass valve.

At least you've got your plumbing diagram . It may be time to have someone else look for it. I doubt it very much that you don't have one. Were you able to access the top , rear and both sides ? If not , then you need to.

I am convinced I don't have one, maybe previous owner removed it for some reason. I pressurized all the lines and blew them out for winterize .
