As far as swaying, yes, they sway.

If you're the DIYer type, get under there and start looking around. check out the leaf spring bushing and sway bar bushings. Inspect the shock for leaking oil and such, just give it a good going over, see what you can see.

These are delivery truck chassis carrying monster boxes at very close to max wieght. To someone who's just got it, they can seem very evil handling. There is also a lot of things that can be done to make em better. But a lot of the evil is pretty normal, too.

Sorry to take so long to get back. We just returned from a trip out west to CA and NV. Yes you can expect some rocking and rolling. I would compare it to driving a boat. For your year Storm, I dont know how much overhang there is from the rear axle, but my model year is quite long and there is some sway. The anti sway bars that come with mine are pretty beefy. I will be installing a Steer Safe steering stabilizer in the very near future as we encountered to some white knuckling winds going into Southern CA (I10) and up on I40 in AZ. Check to see if you have anti sway bars installed front and rear. Also you may consider new shocks.
