I am considering replacing the Actia IP cluster on my 05 Pace , WH Chassis. I am told it should take a shop less than an hour for the R & R.
As I would like to do it myself can anyone tell me the correct procedure to get to the cluster. I'm thinking the top portion of the dash over the cluster is removed?? Before I go pulling, prying, scratching things, I thought I would ask here first.
Thank's

Pop the seven screw caps off the instrument panel cover (the big half-moon shaped top piece you refer to). Remove this cover and you can see the back of the Actia IP along with the screws that hold it in place. Disconnect the single cable and remove the screws holding the IP and it will easily come out.

If you are ordering a new one make sure you get your mileage before disconnecting the old one and give this information to Actia so they can set the new one the same.

Thank's Bob. I checked it, 7 screws. That's what I was hoping for.
