Brand new 2011 Fleetwood Bounder 35H with the 12cf Dometic 4 door refer. Ice maker only spits out a few small cubes. Checked the valve inside the outside panel and it is turned on fully. Pulled the line at the valve connection and water flows...but no ice. Any ideas?

aschuller1,

Check to see the cubes are uniformly thick and not angled. If not consistant; either your icemaker is not level, refer. out of level or the jacks are not down.
I would not hesitate to take in to your authorized Dometic Refer dealer and have them repair under warranty.

It may take 2 or 3 days before it's really working normally. You don't want to use the first couple days of ice anyway. Hope you gave it a fair chance to really get cold, make ice and flush all the lines. Good luck.

Look in your refrig manual. It will show you how to increase the size of the cubes. You go to the ice maker and remove a cover to get to an adjustment screw to adjust the water fill level.

Where the line from the MH meets the solenoid at the back (outside) of the fridge, cut off water supply and unscrew the fitting. Some models have a screen in the fitting to catch debris. Check and clean if it has one. Also unscrew the airoater on all faucets at all sinks on a new camper. Construction dust can contaminate the water lines during the build just like a new home does.

Yup, pull the plastic end piece off, there is an adjustment screw.

Size of cube is dependant on water pressure, lots of pressure makes em bigger.

Usually there is a filter under the sink that serves the ice maker.
