Hello all
I'm new to this forum but not new to Motorhomes. This is my 4th motorhome and wanted to ask a question. I just bought a 2005 Fleetwood bounder 32W with a workhorse 8100 vortec. I'm trying to get info on this model as far as eng wise.
First where can I get parts at for the eng?
Second do I tell them it's a 05 workhorse 8100 vortec?
Third is this a 8.1L motor?
Can anyone give me info on this motor? Any info on parts like hoses and stuff like that or part numbers would be great. Thank you in advance for your help.

Marty

VORTEC is a good engine and I think it is a GM item If that is the case any local auto parts should have parts. I would think you would just have to tell them the make and model. Have fun with you new investment

I'm a diehard GM person, everything I own is built by GM except my motorhome you couldn't give me a workhorse MH. Workhorse wants you to think everything has to come from them and they have there own part numbers like W0000567 that know one can cross over plus the 3-4 times the price on there parts like there 80.00 fuel filters.
