Installing Sway Bar Bushings

1997 fleetwood Southwind 34' F53. Have new bushings in hand. replacement seems straight forward. Should frame be lifted off the ground to ease tension, sitting in jacks etc. seems to me there has to be or should be tension when sitting on 4 wheels.

There shouldn't be tension on it when it is sitting still and level.

I replaced mine on a 98 pace. No problem. Just be sure you go back with polyeurthane. Rubber just doesnt last.
