When we picked up our 04 Bounder (2/14/04) noticed on the interior wall next the driver a small area that looked like it had some saw dust under the wall covering. Asked about it and dealer said to watch it and if anything came of it, make a appointment and they take care of it. Nothing happened until a day ago ( two years later) when it seemed to get larger but not by vary much. I called the dealer and he said to call the factory and ask about the problem and what to do. The first remark from the service person was, " I thought we took care of all of those" and then said I should see a local dealer and have him look at the problem. Has anyone had a similar experience with this situation on their 04 Bounders?

travel, not to many replies to your question as yet. If you feel the area in question does it have a powdery surface, can the paper be moved over plywood surface and does the paper lift from plywood surface? Is this area at the lower bottom left of the drivers window?
If its being caused by a water leak the outside of your window frame should be checked for sealent along the top of your window frame first than the sides, the window can collect water inside window frame because of poor seal at the center of your window water will collect in track of window inside and the slots outside of window could be plugged with dirt or dead pieces of leaves so water can't drain from window tracks outside.
Let us know what you find and we will go from there. "007"

We are going to Knoxville and have a dealer take a picture of it and send it to Fleetwood to see if they will take care of repairing it under the warranty. Will post here their answer.

My border wallpaper had been peeling and rolling at the edges. The dealer replaced it and the problem was worse than original. I also noticed a wallpaper problem behind the galley sink and then the refrigerator door was constantly coming off the micro-switch warning me the door was not closed. While replacing the border wallpaper again, I was informed that the interior wall was delaminating from the exterior wall and it was an 8 to 10 hour fix. Has anyone else had this problem? I bought my 05 Discovery Brand New. It is 13 months since I had taken delivery and have only 9900 miles on it, most of which has been back and forth to the dealer. I have stored the vehicle when not in use in accordance with Fleetwood's recommendations. The vents are open as are all the cabinets, draws, and closet.

45Gunner welcome to irv2
Living in Florida can give you some problems from humid conditions. You say you have vents open and if you run a fan like a Fantastic should keep air moving.
If you have a interior wall delaminating, it could be from water if its near a window. Your coach is almost out of warranty if you have not called Mfg you should because it sounds like Dealer is not helping you to much, just to get your problems on the books with Mfg.
Maybe someone will give you some more info but Mfg and a different dealer maybe your best bet before things get worse than they are right now.
