Bounder: Inverter problem

I'm still amazed that an RV has a garbage disposal! Does anyone else have one?? It just seems like a really bad idea...I spend my time trying to make sure nothing weird or greasy ends up in the gray tank. I put special strainer basket things in my drains to keep large food particles OUT.

My inverter (Different RV different after market inverter) is a 2,000 watt
One circuit feeds Microwave
One TV's and such
One GFCI chain (Kitchen bath patio dining table)
