inverter recall on 2008 discovery

has anyone had trouble getting fleetwood to honor a recall on inverters on 08 discovery 40x class a m/h??? i was told it was an old recall so i had to pay

If the recall is a NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) issue, you will NOT have to spend any money for the fix other than cost of fuel and time. If it is not a NHTSA recall then I guess the manufacturer should be reminded about our forum and our members impression of manufacturer's customer support and satisfaction. They may change their mind and send you to a place to get the recall done.
