I ran my automatic leveling system for the first time yesterday, and it stopped with the coach still slightly tilted to the driver side. I was able to manually level it from that point.

My question is, does the automatic stop with it tilted slightly to the driver side so the AC condensation runs that way to keep it away from the door/entertainment side of the coach, or do I need to recalibrate my unit?

Thanks ahead....

Your system just needs to be calibrated. When everything is all set, it should be perfectly level. If you are using the popular HWH 625 series leveling system there's a "how to do it" tutorial at www.rvtechlibrary.com/chassis/leveling.htm that you might want to take a look at.

Today's RV fridges aren't all that picky when it comes to how level they are so you have a fair amount of tolerance. My personal choice is to place the level vertically on the bathroom door hinge, level the coach manually, then adjust the sensor. That way the door won't swing open or closed on it's own when parked.

I have the equalizer system.I recalibrate a couple times a year, well at least I used to.After watching my front end twist and creek I do it manually now. I popped my windshield when I first bought it and am sure thats the reason why.

Mine (Atwood Levelegs) was tilting towards the curbside when I purchased it from previous owners, was an easy calibration of the automatic setting.
