My purchased brand new 2016 Bounder 35K was towed to a Tucson, AZ., Ford dealership 4 times with less than 1,900 miles on the odometer because of ABS issues. Had to stay in a motel with our 3 cats total of 29 days. Ford replaced ABS unit, and wire bundle leading to it but same issue reoccurred. Ultimately, all that was needed was a refresh of computer software which took 10 min and haven't had a problem since.
Under Arizona law the RV chassis with safety issues qualifies under the state's lemon law and the Warren Magnuson Act. Took almost a year, but Ford coughed up $15,000 to "buy my peace and to avoid further litigation." Lawyer got $4,000.

The REV facility in Decatur IN is really good. The REV facitiies in other parts of the country are also highly related. If you like the coach and want to keep it then I would make plans to go to one of them and have the warranty work there.
After 6 months at Lazydays in Tampa and no progress on my laundry list of items needing tending to I went to Decatur. I did call REV Customer Service and very calmly explained the situation. They asked me to send them a list of items needing repair. They verbally agreed to fix the items even if I was to arrive AFTER my warranty was up. They followed up with a written letter stating the same (nice professional touch IMO). I made an appointment and arrived months after my warranty was up. They fixed EVERYTHING on my list plus anything else they found. They did this in 3 1/2 days. Mind you Lazydays could not do this in 6+ months. it's not just Camping World. IN fact if you do a little looking around it's almost ALL dealers. And it's not just REV products. It's pretty much all from all price points. Sad but true.
Highly recommend going to get the work done at the factory.
