KwiKee Electric Step Issues

Hello,
Has anyone had an electrical issue with their KwiKee Electric Step with control unit and over ride switch? Out of nowhere the power step on my Fleetwood Revolution LE 2006 stopped working, no power with or without ignition on. The step is in the retract position, thank god. Primary question, where would you find the main power fuss and is it labeled as such?

Thank you,

Or you sure you have no power? bend over close to the step and open and close the door. Listen for a faint click. If you hear that click, the step switch and controller are working. The steps are binding if you hear the click. On the steps is a sticker that calls for lubing the steps every 30 days. (I think this is excessive.) About every three months is usually good enough. If they are in a bind you will have to drop the motor gearbox and free the gears and lube gears and step linkage. If there really is no power, the fuses are in the BCC.

I believe you'll find both fuses for the steps in the Battery Control Center.
