Leaks

We just purchased a new 2017 bounder 35K we took delivery on 12/2/17. On our first trip we had water running down the passenger side windshield. It has gone back to the dealer when we returned they said they resealed the windshield and checked the clearance light where they have had trouble. Two weeks later after a hard rain i checked and found a large puddle all across the dash oh the mh. They have told me that they now have confirmed the leak but can not find it. They have ordered a preasure machine to help them find the leak. I'm concerned that the coach was built in 06 of 16 and if has been leaking all this time is there other damage that we cannot see? Has anyone had this kind of problem and how might I deal with this with the dealer . The M H .has 3900 miles on it 900 of which was on it when purchased .
This is our 5th motorhome our 2nd bounder that we bought new in 05.

Any help would be appreciated

Thank you Jim

Most will say that water leaks are one of the toughest things to troubleshoot. Water can travel distances. The pressure test is the best way that one can use to test IMO.
I've spent the better part of the last week on the roof of mine and can understand why.
My windshield only leaked once when I was washing it. I think because the water was being sprayed up at the top of the windshield.
If I understand correctly these Bounder windshields are in a urethane based bed so really should not leak if installed correctly. My previous Monaco simply had a rubber seal and was way more prone to leaking.
Getting back to the roof, yes, the clearance lights look like they will be a problem, so does the cap to roof joint as it needs to be maintained regularly. I would also check the FM antenna as the black plastic on mine cracked. This crack looks like it meets the wire leading through the roof. I used some Dicor to seal it up as a preventative step but will keep an eye on it.

We bought our 2016 Bounder 35k last August at Lazydays Tampa and before we pulled it out of their lot we experience the same leak problem coming out of a LR ceiling light fixture. They brought in a preassure machine and found the leak coming from the roof mounted satellite antenna. Problem was fix with no other issues.

2016 Bounder windshield leaks

Woke up one morning to find an inch of water on the dash of my 2016 Bounder with 1,940 miles on it. (I didn't order the swimming pool option)
Fortunately, I was able to make an appointment for warranty repairs at Fleetwood in Decatur during last June's rally there. They resealed it and water-tested it so no problems since.
