Leaky driver's side sliding window

We have a new to us 1996 Fleetwood Bounder 34J with a leak in the driver's side front window, the sliding track for the window, the felt/rubber track is off center and blocking the "weep" holes so that when the rain is coming down just right the track fills up and becomes like a river draining into the coach and soaking our rug. We had this problem while we were in it camping and were able to be the to soak up the water with towels and attempted to deflect the water flow inside. We have ordered/received the gutter guards that we will install to divert the water away from the coach. And we have the coach now at a repair shop. They are telling us that you can't get replacement seals for this window. Fleetwood said the same thing.... they say that they are discontinued and seals are not available anymore. The aftermarket companies are trying to help, but don't seem to have the proper seal.
Our mechanic left our coach out in the rain (instead of in his enclosed garages). The first night it deluged rain here, we were sure we were going to be SOAKED, but we were dry!!!
Last night it also rained, going to get her back today, from other repairs, and will see if we are dry!!!! Guess our coach is "too old" or "not fancy enough" to stay in his garage.... ARGH!! (Okay just had to vent!!!!)

Now, we are going to keep sleuthing this situation out, if we need to get a whole new window from a junk yard or if we can actually fine the replacement window tracks ( or whatever they're called....)
Any input would be greatly appreciated!!!

Had this happen to my Georgie Boy, it is possible to remove the upper track felt and then this gives you clearance to remove the window. Then the lower felt can be removed to clean the old dirt that is also causing some of the water blockage. Replace in reverse order. Hope this helps.
