New plumbing, undercoating, new slide gear pump, AquaHot, generator bracket, toilet, the list goes on. My biggest concern with all of this was safety and how to deal with the many concerns we had. This type of service and explanation made me feel safe again and put a ton of confidence in the brand. It's what we wanted all along. I do feel like we had a good snag. I felt the complaints were necessary. The fix was so spot on. My hat goes off to American Coach. They did it right. My story has a happy ending. My understanding of the process is better and I would recommend the brand. So, there it is. Thanks to all who chimed in. Can't wait to go out again....and start a new list!!
What great news. Congrats on getting everything resolved to your satisfaction.

Newmar paid my expenses to drive our rig from the Pacific Northwest to the Spartan factory in IN to replace the front axle assembly. They decided it needed to be done at the Spartan factory due to the amount of work required. So yes, there are other manufacturers that stand behind their rigs.

Lol. I knew that was coming. I was really impressed. I have to say, to have fixed and replaced and upgraded what they did in 5 days blew my mind. Your posts helped a ton. Thanks for all the sane advice.

SoCalRev11, really great news !! hats off to American Coach. Thanks for your continued posts. So many folks post their problems and issues and never update the IRV2 community to how things turned out.

The moral to the story is just because we pay a lot of money for these things it doesn't make them perfect. When I bought my new HR which I no longer own it's a miracle I didn't stroke out on them. They fixed everything and I got a few more grey hairs. I glad it worked out for you enjoy you RV it's a nice one.
