As you may already be aware, on July 17, 2009, American Industrial Partners Capital Fund IV LP (“AIP”) acquired certain motorized recreational vehicle business assets from Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. On July 20, 2009, in partnership with AIP we launched a new company, Fleetwood RV, Inc., which is jointly run by CEO, Chuck Wilkinson and me. Chuck has over 40 years of RV industry experience, 25 years with Fleetwood, holding several senior management positions, and I have held senior management positions at some of the top manufacturers in the RV industry, including Fleetwood Enterprises, since 1997.

We went to last year's rally. It was one of the best organized rallies that we've been to in years. Since this year's rally is almost in our backyard we sure hope to see you all there!
