Hi

Where would I add oil for my leveling jacks?
What kind of oil would I use?

2000 Class A Flair, workhorse chassis. I
beleive the 1st. owner had these added on.
They are Hyd. manual jacks, 4 ea.

Thanks a million

Fred Rubio from pasco, Wa. A friend of Bill W.

Take a look at the manual jack controller to see what brand your system is. If it says HWH than you can check on their website for which model you have and download all kind of free maintenance manuals that will help.
My jacks are made by HWH and they use automatic transmission fluid (ATF) in the reservoir. You could also give them a call.

As Tim F suggested you could also follw the lines from the jacks, I'm just not sure if all systems use the same oil or fluid.

Hope this helps.

Sam.

Before you even check the oil level be sure the jacks are up and the slides(hydraulic only) are in or you could overfill the reservoir.
