Leveling problems

My American tradition 42f gives me a lot of problems leveling on auto hydraulic. Sometimes it flashes a fault on leveling panel. The panel loses connection with the control box in compartment at the rear of coach. My question is could it forget where level is ?Click image for larger version

Yes. Powergear published instructions on recalibrating the system, so you might contact them to see if they will send a PDF. (Or try Googling by your model number.)

Smile Leveling Problems...

Hi there... I have a 2011 American Tradition 42M I just bought and find that mine is loosing its level the next morning after sitting for 12-24 hours. Are you sure it's not loosing its adjustment? I am having mine looked at this week. They say it can be the hydraulic relays that manage the hydro system located in the back of the bus. I have no leaks in the system but the coach will not stay level without my 're-leveling' it the next morning. The air system worked ok.. I too have had issues with them not functioning properly, but find it sometimes shuts off in the middle or is very slow..as the levelers and the system goes up and down really slowly and methodically...and then go through the sequencing order. to level. .Its not really quick. What happens if you use the manual override? I've tried that too... but still looses it level the next morning. I will keep you posted... have you got your problem worked out yet?
