In my bounder the automotive fuses are located behind the little shelf to the right of the driver seat. Look in your chassis manual for the fuse id fig 15.3. If you do not have a manual send your email I will send you a copy although I have an 07 38v.

I have checked all fuses and they are good , im thinking something happened to the elc that comes in before the fuse panel , there must be a panel with breakers on it ??? or something ......

Hope you only have a fuse problem. We got hit a couple years ago and it was over $5,000 for all the tv's, micro-wave, etc. I installed a Progressive voltage system for about $400 and that has saved me at least four times in two years. Can't believe that you spend $250,000 for a MH and they don't install a $400 safety system at the factory. I guess it doesn't show like a stainless steel frig. to the wife.

A question for those that were hit by lightning. Was it a direct strike or a ground strike some distance away. If distant strike did you have non conducting material under your jacks?

Sorry for the highjack

It sounds like your problems are DC related so the surge probably came up thru the jacks. Start by checking all your chassis ground connections. Also operate every thing electrical in your coach to determine the extent of the damage and what's not working.
