Grumpy14 is correct; if you have the 454 engine you have a Chevy P30 chassis (sometimes called a P32)

Towncar, I owned a 87 Bounder.they are built on a P30 / P32 chassis. I still have all the shop manuals for the chassis including the wiring diagrams.
Also have some parts on the shelf for the units. Some fuel filters, relays and the like.
The refrigerator is not cheep to replace!! many are going to the Home type for cost reasons and to limit the fire issues encountered with many of the models. Is the generator operating?

You just need the fridge and a 400 watt min/800watt peak power inverter. The inverter is so you don't have to run the genny on the road.

To install a small home size Refrigerator you will need the dimensions of the one installed now. The height, width, and depth.
The depth of the counter top in the Kitchen will get you close to that needed number.
The width across the door and the height from floor to the top.
If you have a way to attach a picture of the current refrigerator and area would help.
I will take a picture of the fuel filters in the next day or two and forward it to you.

Our 1987 bounder has the optional John Deere chassis with ford 460 in it. Our old norcold refer 3way died. Opted for the much cheaper home refer option, using a small apartment fridge/freezer.
With a small bit of cutting out of the original opening it went in perfectly, had to take the 2 doors off to get it through the bounders entrance door!!!

Your coach has a power converter, you will have to purchase an inverter and connect it to your house batteries.

To get the most out of your INverter, connect it CLOSE to your house batteries, and run an new 120VAC wire (even an extention cord) over to your fridge.
You will have big line losses in the 12 volt wire from battery to inverter, but minimal loss in the 120 volt wire from inverter to appliance. The idea is to make 12v run short and the 120v run long.
In RV talk; converter (what you have in your coach now) changes 120 volt AC shore or generator power in 12 volt DC to energize your 12 volt lights, fridge, water pump etc.
Inverter; changes 12 volt DC from your battery into 120 volt AC to energize TVs, computers, microwaves, house-type refrigerators, etc.
You don't need an inverter when you are plugged into shore power or generator.

If you travel to campgrounds where you always will have electrical hook-ups, you can dispense with the inverter if you decide to go with the residential refrigerator.
Just make sure that before you leave on your trip, you plug the camper/reefer in at home, load it up and give it time to get everything as cold as possible.
Then unplug it, travel to your destination (any decent fridge will keep your food cold many hours without electricity) and plug back in at the campground.
This is certainly your least expensive option if a new fridge is in your future.
