I have a 15 year old discovery, the patio or porch light on the right side was retangle and was changed to round before i got it. It is a scare light, i think, about 8 and a half inch over all. The MH has a new power awning that hits the light and keeps it from closing all the way. Has anyone seen a lens that is flat on the top half and regular on the bottom half ? A buddy of mine said he saw one on a toy hauler, but im not sure, he may have been drinking.

Never seen one like you described in my RV accessory walk abouts. I'd be a little worried about the wind catching the awning with the gap caused by the light. I think I'd just bite the bullet and get another slim rectangular one as originally installed. Don't ya just love a well planned project? Bob

Either that or relocate the round light downwards a couple of inches.

.........I think Del has the easiest solution, simply drop the lamp down just enough to clear Awning. I see it has four(4) holes, and the original probably had two(2), so either way you will have one or two small holes @ most after moving down. Looks kike you can also turn it which may help covering a screw hole. Good luck,
David G.
