Anyone ever had to crank in the driver side slideout on a 35 E or H ?

I bought a heavy duty 1/2" drive ratchet and a 3/4 " socket. This is for future use. The Boy Scouts taught me to be prepared. I got under there and was surprised to find clearance of about 2- 21/4". Needless to say my new tools won't make that clearance. So I'd be interested to know what someone else used. My 3/8" drive fits but its like a toy and don't think it would hold up to the pressure needed to crank in the room.

Thanks Cliff

Update. I just measured to give you the exact clearance and it's 2". Therefore we only have 1 7/8" to get a tool in there.

Good to Know

I'm thinking a racheting box wrench might be the right tool for this job. Wonder how many cranks it would take........

Thats what another member suggested as well in the class a motorhome forum. I will be looking for one of them. I hope I never personally find out the # of cranks. LOL.
