I asked to have this thread made a sticky, but there seems to be a problem with that, I also have tried to change the title to reflect the true nature of this thread, but the title will not change.

I do need to add to the index on the first page to reflect the new posts will do that shortly

I see rust on the screws of your panel board. Maybe someone dries wet clothes on the dash? I tell my kids not to. Water could get to the wires and electronic boards. Same thing for the driving wheel.

On google you search for: THE LEGS OF rudedawg1951

Each time I want to search for an old thread, I go on google. For example to search for an old thread where I discussed about "power gear coil" I would search for:

power gear coil cbilodeau site:irv2.com

This is the fastest way.
