Hello,

Does anyone have the ADCO Mirror/Wiper covers and do they really help on sun wear and tear? Cost is only $24 at CW, just wondering if they are used alot. Don't see many while in campgrounds.

Thanks

JOMARFL...
I think that most people would use them only when they are storing their coaches (like at home in the driveway) but would not bother to put them on while they are in campgrounds unless they are staying in the campground for an extended period of time.

Why would you need a mirror cover?

We don't bother with either, but I do replace the wiper blades about every 3 years.

JOMARFL, If it puts your mind at ease it is only 24 dollars. I have seen them on one coach but I don't know that they would make much of a difference. You would still have to replace your wipers at regular intervals. The sun does break down your wiper blades and I suppose if you were parked in the open with the sun beating down on them constantly and were forced to replace them twice a year it might be something to try. I know it didn't answer your question from someone who had them but its my opinion on the subject. I don't have them either.

Thanks everyone for the replies. We went ahead and purchased them. We'll only put them on while the coach is in storage since it's outside right now. Hope to get inside storage at some point.

We are at the KOA on St. James Island in FL this weekend and I've seen some obviously used to be black mirrors that are greyed and weathered. Just don't want that look

Happy Camping!
