Multiple ?s

I have a 1993 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 26" Diesel pusher with the 6 speed Allison. I noticed under the bed/deck lid a Gast brand Vacuum pump and the hose goes up towards the front of the RV. 1) What is that used for?

In one of my bays below the Furnace heaters there is a steel cover, covering what looks like is a compressor. 2) what is that used for? I am thinking the Frig..

I am trying to understand and trace my Battery disconnect switches/ wiring that are above the camper door. I can trace them going back and over the kit. sink and over and behind the microwave. and then I hit the frig. which I cant see behind at this point. Can someone tell me where the wires from those switches go? At this point I have NO coach batteries installed and assume the Aux Disconnect switch controls those. but the Main Battery disconnect switch appears to do nothing. That's what I would like to know where the wires go and what they control. Thanks Sorry I am so green on this stuff

Hi R2
If you look at the stickies in this forum you will see a link to the Fleetwood owners manual/schematics site. Put your coach information in at the Fleetwood site and they will respond in a timely fashion. The wiring schematic for my coach shows the location and routing of the wire bundles. Sorry I have no direct knowledge as to what the vacuum pumps or compressor do but someone here with experience will pipe in soon.
This link will take you to the contact page if you look carefully you will see the link for "Request technical assistance/schematic" .

Vacuum pump is for the HEVAC which uses vacuum motors to open and close air gates/dampers so you get Vent, heater, Defrost, A/C or mixed.

Battery dicsonnect depends on too many things but they fall into two categories.

1: A black box likely labeled "Intelletec Battery Control Center"
2: A bunch of solenoids, they may look like Ford Starter solenoids (but they are not) Usually there will be 3 to 5 of them and they will be "Clustered" .
