My slides squeak going in and out, how can I lubricate them?

Does anybody have this problem?

My squeaking slide is horrendous - scheduled later this fall to REV service to see if they can fix it.

The only thing I noticed about lubricating the gears was the instructions that said "Don't!". Since the gear teeth are open to the environment, anything that gets on the grease (debris, bugs, etc.) stays on the grease and can foul up the system even more.

It's probably not the gears, it's the rollers that are up inside the extension tubes. Get some super long spray can straws from Amazon and get up inside the extensions. Fleetwood lubed mine with PB Blast almost three years ago and they've been silent ever since.

There can be multiple reasons .... mine squeak when the seals move across the slide walls. The toppers also squeak when rolling up. Check the source(s).
