New here with a 99 Bounder 36s diesel

Hi guys/girls. Im happy I found this forum
Just purchased my first diesel pusher and couldn't be happier! I plan on using this motor home in the back country for camping and dirtbiking/quadding.
I picked it up for a pretty good deal with hail damage. I have replaced all plastics on the roof and its now good to go...for now!
We have a 2012 Forest River Berkshire that we are parting out here at work and I plan to take everything I possibly can from it! Getting my air brake endorsment next week which I didnt want to do But I guess I can learn a little!

My plans right now are:
Take slide out awning off new motor home and install it.
Maybe one day install the power awning from the newer motor home
Led strip light on the outside
all clearance light in LED
Polish headlights(we have a big buffer here strictly for headlights, I just have to remove them and they will look like new) Ill post pictures
Respray power entry stairs and rug them
brake controller for trailer
Buy a remote control spotlight for the roof.....I roll into the camping area's pretty late on most Fridays trying to find a good parking spot!
scrub the roof(black mold spots everywhere?)
Get a mechanical inspection to make sure its safe
And Im sure the list will always grow now that I'm hooked.

Here are the pictures. Of course I just got it and it hasn't been cleaned yet! Im waiting until all my projects are done then I will polish it up.

Interior shot(stole the brand new mattress from the newer one! Score!)

Stairs that need paint stripped and redone and lubed up. It doesnt like to go all the way up all the time.

Here is the motor home I place on stealing whatever I can from it that we are parting out.

Wonder if I can cut into my motorhome somewhere and install this!

Having your Air Brake ticket , may be a requirement to keep your insurance valid; it is here in B.C.
Good luck with your projects and travel safe.

Parting out the Berkshire ? Something that the picture doesn't show ? Or flood damage?

I love my bounder. When I reviewed the product line I was very impressed with the 36s. Eventually (at some point) would like to get a diesel one.
