Hey I just wanted to introduce myself as I am new here. We just purchased a 2003 Bounder 35R. Have had it about 3 weeks and so far we are very pleased with it. It has a few small bugs that I am hoping to fix like the ice maker wont work. I have been on RV.net for a long time but this looks better. Thanks Jeff

Zippo,

We also have a Bounder and love every inch of it.
You will have fun personalizing it and show your prowess fixing
everything yourself, (with our help) but we won't tell your significant other.

A ditto welcome to Irv2

X4 (or is it 7)? We absoutely love our 95 Bounder, even thoutgh it is a bit tight with our 2 super Goldens aboard. A slide would help, but, it didn't come that way. The best thing about my (& probably your) coach is that pert near all systems are accessible. This alone has saved me mucho bucks, being able to locate and test component parts.

Welcome to the forum, and WOW, that's a clean looking coach. Congratulations!

Standard winterizing procedure is to disconnect/drain the icemaker and filter if so equipped. Mine was the same when I got it. All I had to do was reconnect the filter and turn on the supply.

After some tinkering around and with the help of the maintenance manual I downloaded. I found that I have power to the ice maker, and that the solenoid valve is working. But I cannot make it cycle, most likely because the mechanism is corroded. IM glad it didn’t work because the ice tray is full of a slimy grey moldy looking substance. I plan on taking photos and sending them to the dealer I purchased the MH from.

Welcome to the site, and nice looking Bounder. We had a '93 Bounder for 12-13 years and now have a 2005 Bounder. DW & I have been very happy with both the form and function of both. Seem to get a lot of bang for the buck. Happy travels to you.

Welcome to the site and nice coach! Love the light blue colors. You will like it here better than RVnet the people are way more helpful. You need to put where you are from under your Avatar.
