I've seen a few more pictures of the Fleetwood credenza, and from what I can tell the table does not fold down. There are pullout drawers on each side of the table. Below the table are two sliding doors which gives you full access to the area below the table. Here's a better picture of the built in credenza option.

credenza dimensions

Has anyone have the dimensions of the credenza and table?

Yep, that is what our 35K has. The table top will pull outward so there is larger table top. The other 2 chairs are stored under the bed.
