No lights

Everything works fine while we're plugged in. When just on the house battery, the water pump works, the receptacles work, nothing else. Checked the breakers, everything fine there. I figure either a fuse or the inverter switch that changes over to battery is gone. Any suggestions?

Having owned this thing for about a month, I have no idea. It's a 1993, if that helps. I have been scouring the manual that came with it and have not seen it that I remember.

Steve,

Welcome to iRV2!

From your description, it's unlikely that the problem is a fuse or the inverter, because everything works on shore power, and the inverter is feeding the receptacles. Do you have any master cut-out switches, maybe up by the entrance door somewhere? If so, try cycling those.

Just a hint.... It's hard for members to help with questions without knowing both the year and the model of coach that you have. Most folks put that information in their signature because then it's always there to refer to.

Thanks! I realized I omitted that information. I'll have to figure out how to put that in my signature.

What I have found so far is the relay switch in the converter did not switch. After being switched manually, it seems to be working fine. I would replace the switch, since it is probably going, but I have no idea what to replace it with. This is on a MagnaTek converter. 1993 Jamboree Searcher. It also is riveted to the assembly box. That could be worked around if I knew what sort of relay I should be getting!

Suggestions?
