Hi Folks, I have a 2000 Fleetwood Bounder 32H, & my Water Pump stopped working using the switches, there are 2 Lighted Momentary Switches (Galley & Head) & they don't light anymore, have checked all the Fuses known to Man! bypassed everything & just ran a Hot & Ground to the Pump, & the Pump works fine. I have Replaced the Control Board (intellitec) 10AMP upgrade, so next I am Replacing the 2 switches & that will be everything. The book says there is a 20 Amp Fuse for the Pump on the Control Panel? If there is it doesn't specify for WP. I have checked them all & there is not 1 Burned Fuse? Have taken a Test Light & checked connections & get nothing! Anyone ever have this Problem? your input would be much appreciated! Thanks

In my rig there is a monoplex (SP?) relay - when that goes toes up you can't get power to the pump.

Since you have two pump switches, there is a controller relay between the switches and the pump. The wall switches merely tell the control relay when to turn on/off. Best guess is that the relay is kaput or that it has lost its power source. You will have to trace the wiring to find it. I would start from the pump end and work back.

Sounds like Gary is on to the solution as usual. You might get some help from FW with regard to the location of the relay. 800-322-8216. Have your FW id # handy if you call.

While you have said that you have checked all fuses, there usually one inline fuse within a foot or so of the pump.

You should have one of these it may be under the refrigerator or behind your fuse panel.

On my 2002 Bounder 36U this water pump relay is mounted behind the 120VAC/12VDC power panel.

Sorry for just getting back to your Replies, my Computer Crashed! I have pretty much tried everything & replaced intelitec board, pretty frustrating, I am staying away from RV Shop, so I said H_ _ L with it & re-wired a Hot Lead to 1 switch in the Galley Area for now until I regain my Patience! I can live with not having a Turn on Switch in the Bathroom. Thanks all!
