no power to steering column and fuse box under dash

Hi everybody,i need some desprete help,im going crazy trying to figure this problem out.I have a 1992 pace arrow p30 classa A 34ft with a 454,I drove it to go dump the tanks one day,and the next day when i went to fire it up i had no power to the steering column and under dash fuse panel I have looked everywhere i could think of for the problem can somebody please help me .as this is my first motorhome and I am living in it.thank you...Tony p.s with it plugged in i have power to everything but the genny and dash..thanx again

The fuse block under the dash and the generator get their power from the chassis battery and plugging into shore power will not give you any charging to this battery bank. Measure the voltage at the chassis battery. What do you have in the bank? If you do have 12vdc or more then check the Battery Control Center on the front of the fire wall for a tripped breaker or blown fuse. Good luck and keep us posted.
