No water at outside kitchen sink?

I have a relatively new to me 2008 40X Providence with the outside kitchen option. We recently went to use it and I was unable to get the water faucet (hot and cold) at the sink to work. Yes, the pump was on. I looked for a potential valve(s) that needed to be activated, but no luck. I've searched the owners manual but there was no mention of it. Anyone have any ideas on how to get water to this sink?
