Is there an in-tank pump?

If like I think it is, this inline pump you speak of, is on the passenger side and near the tank. You say you replaced it, but has it been checked out for being maybe faulty? This is the lift pump for getting it to the mech. pump on the engine, if it still has one.
Is there not a split in the line, going to the genset and is it getting fuel.
This will tell you something about the lines.
Also, can you blow air back into the tank and for hearing it bubbling the fuel inside?
You may have to drop the rear of the tank for access to the lines and hoses that could be squeezed shut or clogged and in need of replacement.
Try looking at the floor above for cutting hole through and then using a marine access plate for any future issues.
