odometer problems on 1992 pace arrow

I just bought this and the odometer has dashes across it. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem? Also i was told that the original miles would show up when fixed. Is this ture?

Isspro made the odometer. The last number I had on them was 1 800 888 8065

A company called Isspro made the gauges here is there number 1-888-447-7776 as for the mileage there no way for them to know the original mileage, what you tell them is what they will put on it. I just sent them gauges out of a 93 flair that belongs to one of our customers motorhome. Once Isspro got it they call me with a price $250 just to fix odometer, $350 to fix odometer & clean all other gauges or $450 to rebuild complete unit. There in Portland, Oregon. Good luck
