only one heater works

I have a 2006 excursion. It has the comfort zone thermostat with 2 zones. Zone 1 works great. No matter how I set zone 2 the heater will not work. Could there be something turned off and where would I locate it

Do you have two furnaces?

Our DSDP has two heat pumps so we have two zones, but only Zone 1 has a setting for the furnace as we only have one.

Need lots more info. Is this the Duo Therm Comfort Control? If so, does it show anything for Zone 2, like the 2nd AC and this "heater"? Is this a strip heater, heat pump or 2nd gas furnace?

If you have a single gas furnace, it is only controlled by Zone 1.

I have a 2008 bounder dp that had the same problem. Check to make sure you have power to the heater first.
My ended up be the limited switch which is located in between the heater coils. Call fleetwood for the part and look in your info packet for the owners manual for your heater. There is a diagram in the manual which will help you locate the switch. Heater has to come out. Good luck

It's possible, if you have the Coleman Comfort Zone Thermostat, that you need to reprogram it. If you need the instructions I can probably find them somewhere.

It sounds like a t-stat issue.

Is this problem with your gas furnace or #2 heat pump? My #2 heat pump does not heat, works great on cool. #1 works great on heat and cool. I have not had a chance to troubleshoot #2 yet and we mostly use ceramic heaters.
