Try emailing the techs at Power Gear. They may be able to assist. They respond quickly. If you email them now , you'll most likely get a response shortly after they get in this morning. If you do , be as specific as you can explaining your issue. Their address is info@powergearus.com

Motor could of went bad if you can get under RV with test light and have someone operate switch and check wiring plug at motor to see if its getting power.... if it is then motor is bad if not the issue is between switch and Motor

Bet motor OK, it has a safety shutoff that is built-in for this kind of issue. The motor has a release lever tab(on motor, under slide) that you want to "un-engage", then physically move slide by hand(pushes easily), if motor still senses resistance. Move tab back to lacked position, this should allow elec to flow again. I believe there is an in-line fuse right by the motor to check. I had an issue with my 20003 PA 35G front slide. There is a relay(both slides) that I finally found behind fuse box in rear cabinet. Had an intermittent short in it.PowerGear Slideout Motor.pdf

If this doesn't open, you can google it.

Thanks for the update. It would be helpful to others if you wouldn't mind telling us how you came to that conclusion.
