Pace Arrow chassis difference

I own a 2009 Pace Arrow 38P on a Workhorse W24 chassis and love the ride. Do the other Pace Arrow owners with different chassis like Ford have the same feeling. Is there a big difference between these two chassi on the same model?

They would have to have experience with both Ford & Workhorse chassis models to answer, right? Probably rare. Plus the newer Paces are rear diesels on a Freightliner chassis.

Ford didn't have a chassis equivalent to the W24 for awhile. In 2006 Ford re-designed to help compete, but it wasn't until 2008 they really caught up. I'd say that you would probably be happy with a 2009 F53 in the same 24,000 lb GVWR as your W24, but that's based solely on spec comparisons.

I bought a new gas chassis coach in 2002 (a National RV Dolphin LX) and the difference between the 2002 F53 and the new W22 was night & day. More cargo capacity, better handling, hugely increased storage bays with passthrough space, and a smoother ride. The W22 based coach cost about $1k more but was well worth it.
