Pace Arrow question?

Question #1. We have a 2007 Pace Arrow 38P on a W24 chassis. I am looking for a maintance schedual in an excell form. I was told by Workhorse that there is a copy in the free 2006 chassis guide from but I cannot find a excell form in it. Does anyone know where one of these animals exist?
Question #2. On my roof there is an antenna of some sort, it is only about three inches tall with black rubber covering, it is right next to the spring loaded dash mounted radio antenna. It is not the Sirius Radio antenna. Does anyone know what this antenna is for?

I contacted Fleetwood, this antenna is for the compass and temp. sensor.
