Power gear bleeding

DO the jacks need to be bled after rebuild? I just had jack rebuilt and now the jack will not fully retract if I pry jack up it will stay up. Fluid level is good.

Jacks are bleed by running them all the way up and all the way down. Do this twice also lube the jack ram with silicone spray. Not WD40! Look at the bottom of your jack and see if it has a grease fitting. (On power gear ,some do and some models do not) If it has a fitting, grease all the jacks.
