Power Gear Leveller - Not working

We pulled into a site today, fairly level, but wanted to engage all 4 jacks before opening the slides.
Motor running, in park with parking brake on - nothing.
The display doesn't light up.
Two days ago the chassis blower stopped working as well.
I'm wondering if there is some connection between these 2 problems.
I have checked the fuses (that I could locate) and they appear to all be fine.
Have I missed a fuse somewhere, is it a relay switch, not sure.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Look in the Battery Control Center. I seem to recall fuse or relays in there or next to it. Open the door on the BCC, careful as there is some high amps in it, and there is also a schematic on the inside of the door. A magnifying glass is handy too.

Thanks RRR
I did that and found a 10 Amp fuse marked "Levellers" and it was intact.
Still searching.

The problem appears to be a faulty Levelling Controller.
I've spoken with both Fleetwood in Decatur and Lippert Industries in Oregon.
The replacement part ranges from $400-$475 so I just want to be certain before ordering a new one.

The panel finds its ground through the parking brake switch. In other words when you set the parking brake, the panel now has a ground path. these switches are cheap pieces of crap and I found several bad. I suggest you run a jumper wire to ground and test before ordering their overpriced part.

Do you have to do the same process to get the slides to work? Do they work? I'd exercise the brake/switch a few times to see if that helps.

The slides work fine which tells me the parking brake switch is not the issue.
I am now connected to shore power (ensuring sufficient battery charge) and will test one more time, with engine running and brake on.
If this fails, it looks like a new controller is in order.
Thanks again for all the input.

Here is the final update.
I ordered the Power Gear Levelling Controller ($410.00 on Amazon).
Installed the new module, and as I feared, it did not fix the problem.
I called a Mobile Tech from Tampa FL and he traced the entire problem back to a 25 amp in-line fuse, tucked way up in the dash behind the speedometer.
Why would Ford do ever place it in that location?
Interesting, this same fuse was linked to another problem with the chassis blower fan not working!
From the time the Mobile Repairman arrived until both problems were fixed and working again was 45 minutes!
I am one grateful Guy!
Definitely beats the 5 hours that General RV in Ocala FL tied me up on Monday only to say they were unable to trace the problem!
General RV only got paid for 90 minutes and won't see me again.
I reached out to Amazon to return the levelling controller today and they immediately sent me a return label.
It was a good day!
Thanks again to those who offered suggestions.

Jim, you indicated that you had potential issues in both the levelers and the chassis blower. Going forward, consider that if there are issues in multiple systems, there may very well be a common cause. Replacing a part in one of those systems without being able to definitely prove that the part is defective has a low chance of solving the underlying issue.

That's not to say that there couldn't be two separate issues but the coincidence is less likely.

Glad to hear that you got it resolved and were able to return the controller!

I've had similar issues so I eventually made a list of all the fuses in my rig, where they are, what they control, and what the replacement fuses are. I then went out and bought a few spare fuses.

Hope this helps!
