Howdy Tony and welcome. Sorry to hear of your problem with the Pace Arrow! Wish I had some help for ya, but I'm a goober. Hopefully some Pace Arrow experts will be along soon to help.

Does the master switch operate a relay in the BCC? I have a 97 Bounder 32H that had the master relay fail and had no power to the dash or steering column. The relay clicked with the master switch, but still no power.

You may simply have run the chassis battery dead. Do you have headlights?

If your battery is Okay, try the tests in this document.

The BCC (battery control center) is the black box mounted to the outside firewall just in front of the drivers position. If the box is mounted somewhere else on your Pace, I can't help, other than to say that it will be near the batteries.

There are NO relays between battery and the headlight circuits. I think you have a faulty battery connection in the chassis battery cabling.

You should remove, clean and tighten all connections to/at the battery.
