powergear air dump sporadic

Hello,
I have a 1996 American Eagle, and have been having problems with the system dumping air so that I can lower the jacks. It will only work every now and then. I'm suspect that it's a solenoid, but I'm hoping someone here has dealt with this already.
Thanks in advance,
Pat

Thanks guys. I did contact them, and they wanted a serial/model number that I couldn't find. Maybe I was in contact with rhe janitor. I gave VIN # and all pertinent info that I have.
Still looking for answers.

They were looking for the PG model and serial #. If it's not on the system , American Coach CS may be able to give it to you. 800-435-7345.
