I have a 2003 Pace Arrow 35G. A month ago went on a trip. Got to the campground, leveled coach, ran out front slide, hit switch for the rear slide - nothing happened, no solenoid noise or anything. After trying to get to the slide mechanism to work, I got frustrated. Ran the front slide back in, raised the jacks, hit the rear slide switch and it worked fine. When we got home I tried all combinations of jacks up running slide out, etc. and everything worked like a champ. The next trip everything was great. Today in the driveway the rear slide will not go out, not solenoid noise, etc.

Any suggestions? Thanks for the help.

I think I would look for a damaged wire under the bed.I had a similar problem except mine blew the fuse.I found a damaged wire from an interference with the slide and the wire was grounding.Your situation may be a damage that is caused by the slide mechanism that results in an "open" situation that changes with vibration etc.

I've had the same problem with both of my slides.....drove me crazy.......finally found the problem. Check behind the electrical panel in the bedroom and you'll fine a couple of printed circuit boards for the front and rear slides....there's plugs that go into each of them......that are NOT secured well, and will make contact sometimes, and others not........I speak from experience....I fianlly put a tie wrap around them to keep them seated and have not had any problems since.

My slide quit so I took it to an RV repair. They found the storage where all the electrical stuff was ,wiggled the connections under the SLIDE notation and voila!I do the same. One day i'll remove the connecters and crimp them so they make better contact or something like that.Hope this helps

I had the same trouble with my bedroom slide. After many days banging my head, I found out that the connectors to the printed circuits were not soldered well. Took the circuit out, soldered most of the connectons, and since then it works find. Never had any toruble in the last 2 years................
