Have 05 Fleetwood Discovery 39S. The keyless entry system does not work. Do not get the red LED when hitting the black button on the inside unit immediately after turning on the ignition. Am getting 12V on the white/red wire constantly and 12V on the yellow wire when the ignition is turned on. Have cleaned the brass buttons on the entry door as well. Also the inside door lock switch does not work as well. This all happened after replacing the starter batteries but I understand that this system works off of coach batteries. Should I be reading any kind of voltage and/or resistance on the brass buttons?
Any ideas?

Fixed --- despite having constant 12V on the receiver and 12V when the ignition is turned on, I found a blown 20A fuse in the battery control center in the electrical bay. Was able to re-program the remote fobs and the manual switch works as well.

Since it's fixed and if you don't mind taking this thread off topic..l how do you like your RV? That's one of the models and years I am considering, anything you do not like with it?

No,not really. It's my 1st MH and bought it used so really nothing else to compare to as far as other makes. The only real complaint I may have is in the cockpit area. The information module is very hard to read at its current location. I understand that when new they offered a free replacement with brighter back lighting. I have a small flashlight that I use when I need to read. Other than that, its been a good coach. Would have no problems with buying another discovery. As for the enginen(Cat C7), keep the CAC and radiator clean or it will run hot.
