I have been retired for several years. I can't remember which Fleetwood's were affected, but some of them you removed the radio and went in through the radio hole to loosen the monitor. I believe you are asking about the monitor and not the camera.

On the older models, the monitor was held in by four screws with large plastic heads. When you removed the screws, the monitor would slide out the hole. Then you could go through the cutout and remove the bracket.

I have removed mine several times! Not fun, fleet wood in their wisdom screwed the cover from the inside. I removed mine by removing the speedo and tach. They come out from the front. Just twist the trim ring around each guage about 1/8 turn and lift off. You will find four or six small Allen head screws to remove guages. Then with long arms and a 7/16 gear wrench you can remove the three bolts you can reach. The one behind the backup monitor you can reach by removing the radio. You will need ford type radio tools to remove. I made slide type fasteners to reinstall dash cover without fighting bolts. I also reinforced dash behind park brake valve. If you need pix, let me know.

Our original owner had the monitor replaced with a color Windex. They had to break the plastic wood grain gauge cover at the philips screws to get the monitor out. It's not too noticeable, but what a heck of a way to get to it. Some engineer wasn't thinking about replacements!!

If you have very long arms you can also get to the fasteners from underneath. I will get pix soon. Just thought of this, if you remove guages you can get to the instrument panel bolts and nuts (yup, they put nuts on the back of the panel bolts) this will give more room. On a side note, you can install the guages in any hole they fit and use any connector. The guages are multiplexed so the guage takes info from mplex line and uses what that guage needs. I moved more important guages to spots I see better when driving.
